To assist you, we've compiled responses to some common queries.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your monthly storage bill online or over the phone using a debit or credit card.
Am I required to store long-term?
We offer flexible month-to-month leases so you’re never required to store with us longer than you need. No unfair contracts!
Is there a deposit?
We don't require a deposit.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You must have a valid government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport. In addition, you must also have vehicle registration and insurance to store your RV, car, or boat.
Do you have drive-up access?
Absolutely! There's no need to struggle with carrying heavy boxes: simply park your vehicle right outside your storage unit and complete your move in no time.
What size storage unit will I need?
We recommend checking out the Size Guide page on our website. This will give a good idea of different sizes and what typically fits in each. Call us for more questions!
What security features do you have?
Your peace of mind matters. Our facility is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance, electronic gate access, and perimeter fencing. Only tenants with a personal access code can enter, and staff perform routine checks for added security.
Can I use my own lock or do you provide locks?
You’re welcome to bring your own lock as long as it fits securely, but we also sell high-quality disc locks on-site for your convenience. Disc locks are strongly recommended because they provide superior protection against tampering.
What is your policy for vehicle, boat, or RV storage?
We offer secure parking for vehicles, boats, and RVs. All stored vehicles must be registered, insured, and in running condition. Please bring a copy of your current registration and insurance when you sign your lease.
Can I change units or move to a different size mid-lease?
Yes! If your storage needs change, we’ll be happy to help you transfer to a larger or smaller unit. We’ll simply adjust your rental rate, and in many cases you’ll only pay a pro-rated amount for the trans, ition.
Are there any items prohibited from being stored?
Yes. For everyone’s safety, tenants may not store hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, live animals, food that attracts pests, or illegal goods. If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, just ask our staff.
What happens if I lose my access code or key?
If you forget your gate code, simply contact our office, and we’ll help reset it after verifying your identity. If you lose your lock key, we can assist by cutting and replacing the lock for a small fee. Security is always our top priority, so identification is required for any changes.
